Patric K. Baccum (aka Khanh Sengpraseuth) Investment Loss Recovery Options

March 4, 2015  |  Promissory Notes / Selling Away

If you have suffered losses investing with Patric K. Baccum (aka Khanh Sengpraseuth) or in promissory notes issued by The Moret Group, The PR Group, the Precision Research Group, you may be able to recover your losses through FINRA arbitration or securities litigation.

Upon information and belief, Patric Ken Baccum was recently named in a FINRA arbitration alleging that investors suffered losses in various promissory notes issues issued by companies that he told investors were low risk investments. The promissory notes were allegedly issued by the Moret Group LLC, the PR Group, and the Precision Research Group LLC. According to reports, instead of being the low risk companies that he promised, these promissory notes were actually entities allegedly owned or otherwise controlled by Patric Baccum.

Brokerage firms like the one Patric Baccum was registered with have a regulatory duty to strictly supervise its stockbrokers to ensure that they follow FINRA rules and only sell securities approved by the firm. In cases where a stockbroker sells securities not-approved by the firm, the brokerage firm itself may be held liable for “selling away” if investors suffer losses in unapproved investments. As a result, investors who lost money with Patric Baccum may be able to recover their investment losses through FINRA arbitration for the promissory notes they purchased for the Moret Group LLC, the PR Group, and the Precision Research Group LLC.

If you are an investor that has suffered losses investing with Patric Baccum or in promissory notes issued by the  Moret Group LLC, the PR Group, and the Precision Research Group LLC, you may be able to recover your losses through FINRA arbitration or securities litigation. Please call Kons Law Firm at (860) 920-5181 for a FREE, NO OBLIGATION consultation to discuss your investment loss recovery options.
