Vincent Camarda Invests Client Funds into Omni/Windsor/Wilshire/AGM; Sued by SEC over Complete Business Solutions Group aka Par Funding

D (Notice of sales of unregistered securities) 2020-01-10 AGM Capital Fund III LLC
D (Notice of sales of unregistered securities) 2021-04-15 Wilshire Capital Fund, LLC
Many of these investments were made through self-directed IRA accounts held at CamaPlan. These funds in turn allegedly invested with a company called Millenium Holdings, a company allegedly operated by a man named Anthony Zingarelli, who is attempting to obtain a loan to provide liquidity to the investors. Due to the number of redemption requests, time is of the essence to pursue your legal rights and attempt to redeem your principal. In 2022, Vincent Camarda, James McArthur, and A.G. Morgan Financial Advisors. The SEC claims that Camarda and McArthur were involved in selling $75 million in unregistered securities with a lending company called Complete Business Solutions Group aka Par Funding.
