Kons Law Firm, LLC is investigating Norwalk, Connecticut based CPA James E. Neilsen and Ulysses Partners, LLC for the sale of promissory notes to investors. The firm is actively investigating the loss recovery options that investors and CPA clients of James E. Neilsen may have, and encourages investors with or clients of James E. Neilsen to contact Attorney Joshua B. Kons at (860) 920-5181 to discuss their loss recovery options.
According to a recent cease and desist order, James Neilsen was formerly a registered stockbroker with Tradition Asiel Securities, Inc. and Sound Securities, LLC, as well as with the National Futures Association (NFA) as an associated person of Longship Alternative Asset Management. Ulysses Partners - a hedge fund marketing business that he allegedly controlled – is believed to have offered and sold approximately $10 million of securities between November 2005 through December 2010. Upon information and belief, James Neilsen (individually and/or on behalf of Ulysses Partners) allegedly induced some of his CPA clients to invest in Ulysses Partners by representing to them their investment in the promissory notes issued by Ulysses Partners would generate a high rate of return.
If you have suffered losses investing with James Neilsen or Ulysses Partners, you may able to recover your losses through securities litigation or arbitration. Please contact Kons Law Firm at (860) 920-5181 for a FREE, NO OBLIGATION consultation to discuss your legal rights.
