According to FINRA reports, Jeffery Risinger (CRD# 6148229) was permanently barred from the securities industry and is no longer licensed to act as a stockbroker for allegedly participating in a Ponzi scheme.

Jefferey Risinger, his former brokerage firm, PIN Financial, LLC, its president and two associates allegedly fraudulently raised at least $15 million from at least 80 investors who were told that their funds would be used to make short-term operating loans to farmers when instead, significant portions of the loans were used to cover unpaid debt on loans from prior offerings and to pay Jeff Risinger and the others over $800,000 in undisclosed "success" and "interest rate spread" fees.
