Upon information and belief, Derek Weaver was business partners with Bryan Anderson of Birmingham, Alabama, who was recently charged with running a $3 million Ponzi scheme. Specifically, Derek Weaver is believed to have been a member of 360 Properties, LLC and Blazer Group, LLC.

Derek Weaver was recently barred by FINRA for failing to cooperate with their investigation.
